Money debited from OlaMoney postpaid account 5000/- to vendor AJIO without my knowledge. I DID NOT share an OTP. Customer care is adamant that an Otp was shared and they can’t do anything. I haven’t authorized this transaction by any means and this transaction happened without my consent. Now they say that they can’t do anything as an Otp was shared. I expected more help from OlaMoney support team. Even after having 2FA it’s still not secure or safe. I want my money back because I believe ola should investigate further and make a decision regarding this. They just washed off their hands off the issue within a day. Their policies itself state that even if an Otp is shared, they have means to refund the amount wherein in my case I did not share any otps to anyone. I want this to be looked at urgently.
