Ola money — ola money amount debited from customers a/c by unknown person


My uncle received a call on his mobile from an unknown person stating that he is calling from sbi on the pretext of linking his aadhar with atm card.

On the pretext of helping him she was asked to reveal his account information along with pin number and otp, hence there was a fraudulent debit transaction of rs.9999/- ola money zip cash. It happened on 21/07/2017.
Here are the transaction details-

Purchase of worth rs 9999.0/- on pos payust[protected]

We are in process of lodging a police complaint. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Please try disclosing the personal details of culprit.
