I hv already raised a ticket (Ticket[protected] on nov 6 regarding unauthorised access to my account. The person had changed my email id and then mobile number.
On raising the issue to ola customer care ; i managed to know that his name is lohith and mobile number 9*
The last booking i used ola money was on nov 3 for crn[protected] for rs. 86.
2. I was not able to log in my account on nov 4 and the ola app was registering my mobile number ([protected]) as a new user.
3. At this point of time if you try to see my account under this mobile number it shows blank and my entire rides etc have been erased off.
4. I have record of all my emails / invoices etc and i have attached a few for your reference in the emails sent with the ticket #.
* i need to raise this as an big security issue because some one has been able to do this to my account - he can or is doing it with so many other users.
