[Resolved] Ola Money — Fraudulent deduction form two, sbi bank account request to refund it

A fraud person pretended to be a bank staff made a fraudulant deduction of inr rs 9999 from sbi saving bank account yesterday (4/7/2017), 08:19 am, towards a fraud purchase on pos payust[protected] at ola money - zipcash txn#[protected]. And the sbi card used is 622xxxx6716.
Please cancel the transaction and refund my money.

Ola Money Customer Care's response We request you to kindly write at [protected]@olacabs.com with the following details:-
first six and last four digits of the card number.
Date of transaction.
Amount.
On the other hand, request you to logged a complaint with cyber crime police and ask them to revert with Fir copy and transaction details.
