[Resolved] Ola Money — fraudulent online transaction using my sbi atm card

Sir,
On 11 th aug 2017 one person called up claiming himself to be sbi manager took details of my sbi bank account debit card and illegally purchased for rs. 9999 from my debit card account on pos at ola money - zipcash.
My debit card no is xxx...6917. He has also taken my aadhar details.
Plz help quickly
Plz take action to arrest the person and credit my money back in my account

Ola Money Customer Care's response We would request you to please provide the first six and last four digits of the card for us to block the wallet.

In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account. Please ask the concerned authorities to write to [protected]@olacabs.com with the supporting documents for investigation.
