Sir, i would like to registered complain regarding fraudent transaction happen with me on 24/09/2017. I received a phone call by this no [protected] on 24/09/2017. He told me that he is bank staff and the verification of atm of your college staff is going for increasing the validity of atm card. Just now your atm card is stopped working for few minutes. That’s why we are giving one otp no and tell me to give otp no. Since he has taken the name of all my college staff whose account was there in sbi agwanpur branch, saharsa, i gave the otp number, but within second i realize and try to stop transaction. Immediately call customer care sbi to block my atm but transaction was done.
So, please enquire the matter and get my money back. Transaction detail are given below.
