To sbi.02020 Sir, Please refer to the trailing mail. My savings account no [protected], maintained under sbi khagra branch (Code 2020) in murshidabad but for service i stay at haldia. My global debit card no [protected]. I activated this card on 30/07/2017. On 05/08/2017 at around 3.58 p. M one call came from vodaphone no [protected] and asked my ill wife about the debit card no. By mistake my wife told that no of debit card and otp from phone. That fraud started online shopping between 4 pm to 4.05 pm. Through ola money zipcash and stole rs 10000 from my full balance of rs 11714. The sp of purba medinipur has been informed. I am requesting you to record my complaint and find out the culprit for punishment and for refunding my money. Sbi has already been informed by trailing mail.
