[Resolved] Ola Money — fraudulent transaction on my sbi debit card

Dear sir, This happened to my grandfather. He is from roorkee having sbi account at iit roorkee branch. One unknown person has taken his debit card information telling i am sbi authentic person and drawn close to 1lakh rupees from his account out of which around 40000 was transferred to olamoney wallet. This happened on the 17th of september. Please help and let me know if you need any further information. Verified Support Sep 26, 2017 Ola Money Customer Care's response Hello Greetings for the day! We understand your concern regarding an unauthorized transaction processed towards Ola Money. We would request you to kindly provide the first six and last four digits of the card for us to block the wallet. In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account.
