Respected sir, lost 20th august 2017, 2.50pm one phone call to me that person asked please tell me your adar number because sbi account singranice it so i am telling the adar number and next he wants to atm number and i'll telling also again he ask sir finely the message is coming please tell me number iam terribly confused to tell the otp number next second rs 10000/=transfered to ola money zipcash txn#[protected], iam shocked and cut it out, so please consider this fraudulent transactions block the money and sent back to the original account k. I have submitted a complained to cyber crime cell city police commissioner in Thiruchirappalli District, tamil nadu and my Mobil number 9442284373, Email ID [email protected], my debit card no 622xx1874 for purchase worth rs. 10000 POS PAYUST 000000386 at ola money zipcash txn#020025600184 please pay back my money in original account

Ola Money customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Ola Money Customer Care's response We understand your concern regarding an unauthorized transaction processed towards Ola Money.

We would request you to kindly provide the first six and last four digits of the card for us to block the wallet.

In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account. Kindly ask the authorities to write to [protected]@olacabs.com with the supporting documents for investigation.
