Sir/ Madam. Day before yesterday that is 22nd july 2017 in evening received call from unknown number and transfer 18000.00 to ZIP cash transaction ID SBIPG[protected]ola money by debit card from my SBI account Sehore branch, he has my ATM card number and wants to only CVV no. still his mobile is working and mobile No. 86779286.

Pl do the needful.

We would request you to provide the first six and last four digits of the card to [protected]@olacabs.com in order for us to block the wallet.

In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account. Please ask the concerned authorities to write to [protected]@olacabs.com with the supporting documents for investigation.
