My name is akash. And my ola registered number is [protected]. I have been daily receiving a call from you end asking to clear postpaid amount. This incident happened some one year back. Money got deducted from my postpaid account but it was not showing at the time my last ride got end. So i paid 500rs note to driver for the bill of 340rs. As he didn't had the change. Driver told that remaining amount will get adjust to your account and your postpaid account will not be debited. But after some time money got deducted too from my postpaid account. I tried reaching ola many times but as usual ola is pathetic in terms of providing customer support. Now you guys are mentally harassing me to clear amount by msg and call. I need your bangalore office number so that i can lodge a mental harassment complaint against you.
