I have an overdue ola money postpaid of Rs. 2036. I have told them I will pay it as soon as I can. The things that Ola company does is hires 3rd party recovery agents, who will blackmail a customer, sending them on the verge of depression. I got a message from a girl named Rutuja, threatening me that an executive will come from Ola to my house with some notice to sign, and if I am not available, they will get my neighbor's signature. The second threat was that they will automatically start calling my contact list. Another threat was when I told the girl on call that I will pay the overdue in 10 days, she told me that they will continuously keep calling me until I make the payment. I get 50-80 calls each day, sometimes within the gap of 5 minutes, sometimes every minute. These calls can be from Kolkata, Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, and Mumbai. Nobody likes ruining their cibil score, nobody likes an overdue hanging on their head. What ola is doing is actually harassing their customers into depression. God forbid if someone isn't able to handle the pressure and actually gives up, will you get your money back? will it be worth your couple of thousand rupees? I am getting calls even while writing this complaint.
