I booked ola bike on 31st Aug 2022 at 6.03pm from Tea board Kolkata to Newtown. CRN [protected] Driver name Rabi Chakraborty.When I booked my ride I selected the payment method to cash.The fare was 149/- but the driver charged extra 50/- rupees which is now very often thing with your ola bike drivers.So when the ride ends I paid cash to him and sometime later message came that my ola money postpaid bill is due with 149/- So basically I charged twice for a single ride and the most horrible part is that there is no option in the app to contact your customer support.So untill I do not get my money back I'm not going to pay the bill.Please resolve the matter as soon as possible.
