Ola Money — I paid in cash to driver but still it shows pending in ola app

On 7th november 2021, i went for a ola auto ride. In the end of the trip, i paid by cash but in the ola app it still shows the payment is pending and i can't able to book any rides. it asking me to pay again.

please solve this issue.
