[Resolved] Ola Money — I was charged for a transaction I didn't make.

On August 11 at 07:37 PM I was charged a transaction of Rs 110 and I didn't make that transaction to any Ola Cab. I didn't travel at that time and even there is no ride reflected in my account at that time.
You are scamming me for money and I want to delete my account permanently.

Updated by Sue6 I have registered this complaint two weeks ago and nobody is bothering to properly resolve it. Your customer care person called me just once and then sent me a mail saying she tried to reach me multiple times. Her name is Pavithra M and my Ticket number is[protected].
