On 24th December I booked a cab with driver name Sabir, My friend paid him 229rs but the status was showing pending and driver started yelling that he didn't received any payment so I tried from my account and again the status showed pending but next day on 25th December money got deducted from my friend's account and on 26th dec again rs 229 got deducted from my account to drivers account..Now the driver got changed the driver name was Sabir now it is showing Juned...Is this what we customer expect from OLA?? You guyz have cheaters on the name drivers...He mseged me on 26th that he didn't got any payment yet and money got deducted from my friend's account on 25th and as well as from my account on 26th... please resolve my issue OLA
I was charged twice for my same OLA Ride.
I took OLA Ride on 30 December at 7:04PM from shiv nagar janakpuri to sanchar vihar apartment sector 4 Dwarka Delhi
I paid money through my debit card on OLA App. My money got deducted from my account of Rs.125 but payment status was not updated. I tried second time for same my money deducted Rs. 125 but this time payment status is successful
My refund was not getting even after 7 days of complaint. I tried various time but not received my payment
I tried Reaching out to customer care, but I dint received any response yet.
Please find my ride details as attached, and kindly refund my money back.

Later I got to know that ola has created postpaid account and deducted 731rs for the ride without my knowledge.
When I spoke to customer care, they checked with driver and told me that the driver denied taking cash payment.
Now I told them that I will not settle my dues towards postpaid account since i am cheated by ola cabs.
They simply closed my issue asking me to provide proof of my cash payment...
Beware of this fraud!!! Ola cabs...
