Ola Money — Incorrect Amount charged

I have clearly stated in my emails that I was charged incorrectly for a ride. Yet no one has got back on the same. On the contrary they are harrassing continuously to pay the bill by making several calls daily, several msgs. I have already assured that once they correct the amount I am ready to pay. If they keep harassing this way I will be forced to make a case in the consumer court and claim all the amount in return for harassment.

Thanks for your response. However, as yet I have not received any update regarding my complaint resolution and the phone calls, messages still continue.
