Its been more than 4 month and I am not able to get a resolution. My cibil report shows that I have Rs 483 left to pay. Whereas my last transaction was settling the bill amount that was of Rs 588.48 on 28-sep-2022 after that i have not use the ola money. As per my cibil report, I have 4 months are charged without any information even there is no due to pay as per OLA money app as well. I have the ola money complaint ticket number 5036124. they are not responding properly as well when we are calling to the customer care as well. For your internal issue why customer I need to suffer on the my cibil reports. This is my we very bad experience with OLA team after paid full outstanding balance still customer need pay more amount without spending any amount from your ola money. Why your making customer fool. Did you know how much I suffer because of your internal issue it's make me big problem in my my life. If you didn't have proper finance / IT team which communicating with ABFL please put the proper person for that position. And please check with your internal team how many customers may stuck in the same issue which i am facing the issue. I need the immediate solution for my very big problem created by OLA money team.
