[Resolved]  Ola Money — Money not credited to ola money wallet after 20 days also

Hi, i made a transaction on a e-commerce portal using Ola Money prepaid card for payment on Jun-12-2022 and the e-commerce portal refunded the money after i returned there products on Jun-24th. But till now(Jul[protected] i didn't received the money and the ola money customer care people just extending the date for resolution, but not giving my money back.
