This company is a fraud. Twice it has happened that I have tried to recharge my Ola Money wallet and the money gets deducted but it doesn't refelct in the wallet balance. It insanely hard to get in touch with customer support people here. Even if you do manage to get in touch with one, they assure you, but in the end you never get to see the money being refunded. There have been so many cases of emergency wherein their services have been of no use to me, on top of that I end up loosing my money. If nothing is done here soon, I am definitely reaching out to the law. *uck you OLA MONEY

I tried to clear my postpaid dues but it has not been cleared at all. And money deducted from my account for 4 times. And the consumer support service is very bad. There is no way to directly talk to any employee.
