I have contacted Ola through emails ! It has been more than15days my query was not resolved
I tried to tweet OLA guys. ! Messaged
on Facebook and Instagram but i have not got any reply from any platform!
OLA support email is the only place where i got replies however each time they were same and not helpful.
I USED to use OLA POSTPAID SERVICE where I can pay for a ride from the postpaid balance and later clear the balance.
On 15th August I cleared mu dues for ola postpaid.
On 17th night when I was booking a cab on a urgent basis, i got a notification that there is a pending payment and it deducted 300INR from my postpaid balance.
When I reached home I tried to check why the amount was deducted from my account but got no details! I tried to check rides from my postpaid balance but no details were found !
All the rides were cash rides after i made the postpaid balance clear off !
I still don’t know why 300was deducted from my postpaid, ola has no answer for that as they have stopped replying and asking me the same thing without providing any resolution! Now they have also charged a late payment of 50 and blocked my OLA CAB SERVICE UNLESS I MAKE A PAYMENT OF 350
350 which i have not used ! Nit made
It is clearly a fraud and they have no answer to it
Why have they stopped replying ?
Also Ola raised 2, 3tickets when I emailed to them and it says it has been resolved i cannot see anybchanges
