[Resolved]  Ola Money — non refund of ola money or non recharge of ola account

My ola money account mob. [protected] charged for rs. 599/ on august 1, 2017 through internet bank and complain ref no. 482637 to ms. Anita dated august 1, 2017 for refund in my account or recharge my ola money account.
On dated august 2, 2017 again complain reference no. 483383 for refund in to my account as committed to be done within 7 days.
Unfortunately, amount of rs. 599/ has neither been credited to my ola money account nor refunded back to me. It is great fraud by ola money which has mentally harassed and agonised me and tarnished my image while travelling on ola car.
My request firstly to refund the money with penalty of double to the amount in my bank account or else your company will force me to prosecute ola money in the law of consumer court.
