[Resolved]  Ola Money — Not able to clear postpaid dues as app is showing error

Hello,

I used Ola postpaid without my knowledge and the due is 142rs and I am not able to make the payment.It is showing error and attached picture for your reference.I tried logging out, uninstalling and installing but still I am not able to make payment.

Please help and I will never use Ola again after this.

I am really fed up with this and let me know the fine if dues are not cleared on-time for 142rs.

I'm not able to make payment

I've ola account .I m not able to pay my dues to recurring problem in the app
Due date also over.
Inspite of several mail regarding this issue nobody responded .
I have uninstall and again installed app but same error occurs.
I will not pay late fees as I had already raised the issue but nobody responded
Please reply and in near future won't be using ola poor customer service

I was not able to make payment by using ola postpaid, as it is showing error while doing payment and now they are charging late fee for delay.never gonna use this app again
I am also facing the same issue now. What is the fix. Using Ola for lots of time and paid lots of cab charges. Now just for Rs.288 unable to clear the dues. Tried all the options with app and online. Requested Ola support too. No resolution yet to clear the dues. Already late fees are getting added. Now after mailing they just waived the lates fees for few days alone. Again it's going to get added in next 2 days. Don't know Why ola is not quickly fixing this issue if it is common.
For past 2 years was using UPI or cash mode. After two years once last month I used Ola Postpaid due to unavoidable reason. Now facing the issue. It's bad. Please let know if anyone knows how to fix this issue.
Attached snapshot of the issue being faced where thr app does not move to the Next payment page. It could be just a minor issue. Need urgent support to fix.
