Ola Money — Not able to use OLA MONEY

I have added 1045/- to my ola money account for payment of gas bill or airtel mobile bill payment but i am not able to do payment.

I have already complaint to their payment partner zip cash but they are not resolving the problem.

Ola money app does not habe option to get money back to our bank account.
