Ola Money — Not Transfer money

Hi my name is Rahul Wadhonkar and l am facing problem in transferring ola money to bank account. Every time I am trying to transfer it shows this service is temporarily disabled from your account.Why l am facing that's sort of a problem. I need to transfer money on urgent basis. My friend don't have ola money app and l can only transfer through bank account only.
