[Resolved]  Ola Money — Ola driver paid via Gpay however Ola money demanding 1000 prepaid amount with late fee

I was travelling on Ola taxi during travel i recharged with Ola Money post paid. Driver declined to accept Ola Money. I paid driver with Gpay. Immediately i raised tickets for not using ola money however they every day auto call me and charging late fee and telling to pay 1175 now.
I even write mail to customer care but no response.
