I raised a support request a few days back to close my Ola Money account. Their support team instead of helping me close the account and returning my money are forcing me to spend the balance amount before closure.
But according to their website, they are supposed to transfer the amount back to my bank account and not force me to spend it.

Any outstanding balance in your OlaMoney wallet will be transferred back to your source account or to any other permissible account as per RBI guidelines.

How is this fair? Please do the right thing and help me close the account and return my money. I hope someone from the Ola Money team will help me.
