Dear sir / madam, This is to inform you that there has been online fraud transaction from my father-in-law's sbi debit card no. - ending with 1162 against sbi savings account no. - ending with 2004 on 09/09/2017 to olamoney zipcash. Total amount of rs 9999 /-. Airtelmoney transaction details : sbipg[protected] Request you to pl take necessary action against above transaction & hold the payment. We have already informed the matter to cyber crime branch. Matter shall be taken up legally. Look forward for your quick & favorable response. Verified Support Sep 17, 2017 Ola Money Customer Care's response We understand your concern regarding an unauthorized transaction processed towards Ola Money. We would request you to please provide the first six and last four digits of the card for us to block the wallet. In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account. I have transferd Rs.500/- first time in the morning but its not credited to ola money but where as its debited to my account and second time I transfered again Rs.500/- but this got credited. So I request you to refund my Rs.500/-
