I have been chasing customer service for Olamoney and Olacabs for weeks now but none has bothered to redress my grievance.
About 2.5 weeks back I received an SMS asking me to clear a OLA postpaid bill of Rs. 585 by November. I was amazed because the only transaction incurred by me was Rs. 198 on account of a olacab ride on 22nd Oct. When I look at the the OLA cabs app, it only reflects that one ride and nothing else. However, when look at the Olamoney postpaid account, I see two charges Rs. 346 and Rs. 239. Also I have checked past postpaid transactions for the past year and there were no pending dues.
There is definitely a fraud involved and a clear discrepancy in the account, I have approached olacabs & olamoney customer service repeatedly including writing to their escalation desk but to no result.
