Yesterday (10-july-2017) at around 11 am one of the hacker called my uncle and somehow he had trace my uncle's debit card details and done a fraudulent transaction worth rs 10299 through ola money. We had registered a police complaint as well. Please help us out to give us the amount back and credit to the account itself. It will be very much helpful for us if you do refund the amount back to the account. The order numbers are: 1) sbipg[protected] rs 2000/- 2) sbipg[protected] rs 1299/- 3) sbipg[protected] rs 5000/- 4) sbipg[protected] rs 2000/- Kindly help us out immediately. Thank you. Verified Support Jul 12, 2017 Ola Money Customer Care's response Ola Vijay, We request you to share the first six and last four digits of your card number.We also request you to file a complaint in Cyber Crime police station/your bank and inform the authorities to send us a notice to [protected]@olacabs.com from their official mail ID. We request you to please write to [protected]@olacabs.com after lodging a FIR with the police.So that we can share the details with them for further investigation.
