I had to pay in cash (230rs) as the driver is not willing to receive online payment.After that on next day or so Ola money showed 230rs as due in my ola money wallet. i tried to find the customer support number and called but there are nobody to receive the call. i have tried at least 10-15 time but no one lifting the call. finnaly after two days with all efforts i have found ola money support mail id and mailed them saying that i have paid money through cash.
then after few days i got replying saying that to contact OLA CABs but not OLA Money. so i did forwarded the mail to OLA CAB they again started sending general steps details(pre quoted lines ), then i have replied that same note saying that i have paid money through cash, this happened for 4-5days. after few days OLA CABS said that i had report this issue before 2days taking ride. these people made it late and delayed and after few days they are bullying.
then i tried finding solution in twitter support, and the same story got repeated, in fact OLA MONEY was never replied on my message though.
They used call 5-10 times in one days since last one/one and half months.
i have said them many time that i paid through cash, the calls used to come again and again .
now recently they have started threatening in whatsAppp by saying that they gonna file case against me. Was this information helpful? |
