[Resolved] Ola Money — ola money transactions fail but amount deducted from bank account

My name is sandesh, transferred ₹1000/- to my ola money account from my sbi bank account 12/12/2017. This amount is deducted from my account but it is not transferred to my ola money account. I was in some emergency since this transaction failed i had to face some inconvenience. I am very much unhappy with the service. I hope that i get my hard earned money back to my account. Hi, rs499 has been deducted from my olamoney wallet on 28th oct 2017 for a ride which i hv never requested/taken(transaction id CZS4-HUHM-TEKG). This is a complete fradulent transaction..even my ola cab booking history clearly shows no transactions for this(pic attached). Requesting you to refund my rs488 at the earliest.

Hi booked tickets in tatkal yesterday through irctc app. And both times my ola money got deducted and tickets were not booked and I haven't received refund yet. Please tell me what to do
