[Resolved]  Ola Money — ola money updated through my sbi bank account through fraud call

Someone has uploaded money into their ola money account wrongly (Without our approval) using our sbi bank debit card (Ending with 8470)

Details are as below -
Amount: rs. 9999 transaction id - sbipg[protected]ola
Amount : rs. 9990 transaction id - sbipg[protected]ola

Time : 3:00 pm today (September 14, 2017)
Sbipg[protected]ola, sbipg[protected]ola

Since the ola money account to which it has been uploaded is not yours, hence please make the refund to the source card / bank asap and freeze this fraudster's ola money wallet.

Ola Money Customer Care's response We understand your concern regarding an unauthorized transaction processed towards Ola Money.

We would request you to please provide the first six and last four digits of the card for us to block the wallet.

In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account. Please ask the concerned authorities to write to [protected]@olacabs.com with the supporting documents for investigation.
