I have been a user of OLA Money Postpaid+ and a few months ago, OLA Money and ABFL have wrongfully reported some small amount as overdue to all the credit bureaus.
I have never had any pending dues in the OLA Money Postpaid+ account and yet OLA has wrongfully reported this to ABFL, which have reported this to CIBIL and other credit bureaus.
This has reduced my credit rating by a huge amount. I have seen other users with the same issue and this is extreme negligence on OLA’s part.
I have raised a support request and nothing has been done for over two months. All I receive are generic responses from the OLA Money team and no actual update is provided.
Please help with this issue as the lower credit rating has been a huge inconvenience.
