[Resolved] Ola Money — ola postpaid money paid from upi but the amount is not credited to ola money.

On 24th july 2019 i have made payment of 1, 046/- towards ola postpaid due via upi payment. The amount got deducted from my bank account, however the same is not reflecting as credited in ola. I am getting regular emails from ola regarding pending payment and the amount 1, 046/- is not credited back to my bank account as well.

I have sent an email regarding this to ola customer care as well but m yet to get any reply from them. However they have started adding late fine for me but providing no solution to my above stated issue.

Ola Money Customer Care's response Kindly revert with your email id or phone number registered with Ola along with the ticket id where you have raised your concern with the OlaMoney team if the issue is still not resolved.
