Ola Money — ola refund voucher

Dear team,

Pls help me about this issue pls find the details about the complaint against ola

30th oct 2019 taken ride from kuvempu road tin factory and drop will ghati temple i was got amount 1800

After finished the trip got amout 4500
I was called up customer care they given me total amount to pay 2400
In the same ride given me voucher refund amount 1004
Now they keep on calling me to pay 1300
I am not interested to pay this i dont require this voucher they fooling the customer pls solve this problem after this i spoken to ola company executive more then 15 people till now my issue is same

Pls solve this issue
