This is my follow up on the ticket ID: 4351952 I was supposed to receive a solution on 4 May 2022 (Wednesday), last week. It is 14 May 2022 (Saturday) today and I have received NO follow up or reply from your end. Its been 15 days since I've notified your team about this problem. I can't follow up via email anymore. Please have your team contact me via call, sort out my issue and initiate my refund ASAP. I withdrew the money in my Ola money wallet into my SBI bank account on 27 April at 10:47 am. The transaction ID is: GQW4-VF60-AM87. The transaction status showed: pending and I still haven't received my funds. I've already contacted my bank and they asked me to reach out to your team since the transaction was initiated via Ola money. My transaction detail is as follows: Transaction ID: GQW4-VF60-AM87 Amount: Rs. 3096.05 (including the transfer charge of Rs. 176.05) Date: 27 April 2022 Day: Wednesday Time: 10:47 am Initiate the refund!! This is the exact reply I've received to my registered email ID! So no, your response hasn't been helpful. And you can refer the attachments for the responses I've received and the delays caused. Hence I've posted it here to escalate the issue.

It's been 20 days since I've reached out to your team regarding my ticket #4351952 (money transfer from Olamoney wallet to bank account). I want my money refunded to my bank account ASAP.
