In the moth of Mar 2022, while i'm booking its wrongly choosed Ola postpaid options, For the first services i had paid the cash to the driver.
Eventhough i paid its accounted as due as Rs 241 in my postpaid account, when i get call from OLA customer care i explained this he said he check with driver and revert back, but so far there is no response related to that.
But I have got several calls from your ola team, to clear the amount. Every time i request them to do the settlement of the amount then only i will be clearing the balance amount. Non of my request get entertained by your call center teams.
I was very disappointed from the entire ola company, they do not do there work properly and asking me to pay extra money. This is really very unprofessional.
I see message are coming to me regularly to pay the amount with penalty.
I keep getting message as "Our Executive is on the way and he wil reach at your residential address with Legal notice" what is these about ? Are you running any gangsters related services ?
But this was a great drama from ola, cheaters as they forced me to pay the double the amount along with the penalty, with lot of mental tortures.
