[Resolved] Ola Money — online ticket booking through axis bank

Dear sir,

We have booking railway tkt through ola money by axis bank net banking. Sir one transaction is failed but rs 285.00 has been debitted on dated 01.09.2017 in my axis bank account and tkt is not booked.
Sir i have again booked the tkt though different payment on dated 01.09.2017. So, there is dual transaction of debitted of ts 285.00. Therefore, please please look in to the matter refund the amountof rs 285.00 of one transaction in my ola wallet account or axis bank account.

Sir i have also attached a copy of axis bank account for your ready reference. My ola money id is [protected].

My wife received fraud call from fake banker and she by mistake gave her debit card details and 9999 INR debited towards Ola money from her Kotak Mahendra bank account. This happened on 4th sep 17 on 4.45 p.m.
