Ola Money — Paid by cash but showing not paid in ola app

Address: Flat No. GD, Jayanti Abasan, Jhowtala Road, Hatiara

I had paid by cash for the ride on 22nd September 2021 at 01:17 pm (Mini. CRN [protected])

But in the app it's still showing that i have not paid.
