[Resolved] Ola Money — Paid in cash but still showing pending payment

Hello, I have booked an ola auto and everything went fine, after reaching the destination I paid the amount of 465 to the driver in cash, but it is still showing as pending payment, kindly help on the same

Reached ola support and provided my rcm and they refunded the pending amount to my account.

Today afternoon i took Ola Auto after completing the ride I have paid Rs. 253 to driver thru phone pe to his phone number but in the aap the payment was still showing pending so I paid again directly to ola thru phone pe, now pls refund Rs.253 to my account u can check with your driver regarding this.
I am facing this issue from last 2-3 rides and I have paid twice for all the ride. And I have not yet received refund for any of this ride
So, pls do the needful.
