[Resolved] Ola Money — Payment is due but paid to driver's Google Pay account

I immandotnet from Chennai, Tamil Nadu Oct 6, 2021

On Oct 4th I have taken a ride from Kovilambakkam to Pallavaram and paid Rs169 to driver's Google Pay account but in Ola app the payment status is due or pending. I have informed driver multiple times. Due to this issue I am unable to book cab. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (7)

I am unable to register any complaint in http://help.olacabs.com either I don't have any option in Ola App also. I have shared my Google Pay screenshot for the payment details. Reached out Driver but no response from him.

No proper call backs or responses. Very worst customer support.
