Its been more than 3 months, I have been sending emails for refund of the paid trips and accordingly correction of postpaid dues which I owe to Ola

Description - Its been more than 3 months, I have been sending emails for refund and correction of postpaid dues to Ola team, however no resolution yet
1. Refund of the paid trip which is included as part of postpaid dues -
Trip details : Trip CRN[protected] - Rs 192
Transaction details with OLA through UPI :

2. Correction of postpaid dues which I owe to Ola as paid trips amount is included as part of postpaid dues
3. Ola has been charging late fees, so far since february I've been charged for late fee - 300 Rs . As the issue is pending with Ola team, these charges should not be applied and should be waived off .
Request the team to take this issue on priority and do the payment dues correction and refund asap. I want to close this from my end and permanently stop using ola services once I clear the payment dues
