[Resolved] Ola Money — recharge failed but bank a/c got debited

Please note that rs 599/- got debited from my bank a/c vide sequence no.[protected] but the amount is not reflecting in my ola money a/c. Again i need to recharge with rs 599 and same is processed. Therefore request you to arrange for a refund of rs 599/- the transaction was made on 19th dec at 22:05 pm. Which got failed. Subsequently another transaction was made which was successful. As a result my a/c is debited twice with the same amount. Request you to arrange refund of one amount
