Its been more than 3 months, I have been sending emails for refund of the paid trips and accordingly correction of postpaid dues which I owe to Ola

Description - Its been more than 3 months, I have been sending emails for
1. Refund of the paid trip which is included as part of postpaid dues -
Trip details : Trip CRN[protected] - Rs 192
Transaction details with OLA through UPI :
Reference # :[protected]
2. Correction of postpaid dues which I owe to Ola as paid trips amount is included as part of postpaid dues
3. Ola has been charging late fees, so far since february i've been charged late fee - 300 Rs . As the issue is pending with Ola team, these charges should not be applied and should be waived off .
Request the team to take this issue on priority and do the payment dues correction and refund asap. I want to close this from my end and permanently stop using ola services once I clear the payment dues Was this information helpful? |
