This is with regards to my complaint launch with the ola support team on 26 Mar morning ride from Gurgaon to Noida. I have booked a rental ride and it was closed from drive with me sharing the closing OTP. I spoke to Ola support and asked that I have been charged for full rental whereas I should be charged only for point to point. As the problem is from ola software not from my side, Also make the driver speak to the ola staff who confirm the same. I was told that my case will be resolved and my amount will be refined back to my ola money account.
As it was 26 Mar and on 27 Mar I need to pay the due amount to ola I kept on requesting ola contact centre staff to get it resolved within 24 hours else I will be charged the late fee. or pass a message not to charge me a late fee. However, they didn't listen and when I checked the status on my app I saw my refund was not be done and I was charged late fee charges on my due amount.
Since then I have been getting calls regularly to clear the due and I keep on inform the collection team to resolve my issue and they raise the ticket number but never resolved my case yet.
Now they send msg mentioning treat it as legal notice. so I would like to info ola if they won't resolve my case in another 72 hours I will go with all support to consumer court and file a complaint of harassment against ola team for troubling me during the current pandemic time.
Please find the ticket number raised and however not resolved till now.

I need a refund of my excess amount charge on my rental ride and a waiver of all late fee immediately without any more calls or mail. treat it as my final request .
