My mother has recently booked Ola Auto for her last three rides and she paid for all of them in cash, as we have always done. She is not familiar with Ola Postpaid and has never heard of it before. She did not activate Ola Postpaid services herself, and during the rides, the drivers accepted the cash payments without mentioning anything else.
However, for the past three weeks, she has been receiving repeated text messages asking her to clear postpaid dues. I have advised her to ignore these messages and have also lodged multiple complaints through email to Olasupport. But, for the past week, she has been subjected to harassment through multiple phone calls and threatening messages.
We have already paid for the rides, so there is no reason for us to pay again. STOP harassing my elderly mother immediately. It's getting increasingly stressful. Was this information helpful? |
