[Resolved] Ola Money — request to take action against fraud illegally transferring money from my account

Respected sir/madam, i recieved a call from one person, phone number [protected], fraud claiming that he is from sbi manager, shillong branch has illegally transfered 49997 rupees by three transection in the name of gst, transaction were made 9999 in ola money zip cash txn#[protected], another 19999 in pos [protected] at mpesa txn#087284, and last one 19999 at pos [protected] at tps*phonepe private li txn 88101. Fraudulent fund transfer been done illegally in ola money zip cash wallet of rupees 9999, s o i request you to take legal action against this fraud.

The details are list below:
Date of transaction : 30/09/17
Time : 15:37, 15:42, 1 6:01.. The transection detail are attached image below.

Today I have recharge of 100 rs. my mobile at 4.35 pm. I found from ola money app. 200 rs. got cut. So I need refund of 100 rs.

I have booked a train ticket through irctc mobile app and paid it through ola money. Around 900 rs has been transacted, but there there is no confirmation of my rail ticket. Kindly refund my money back to my account. please do it as soon as possible.
