This is in reference to multiple ‘Spam’ calls from OLA Money Postpaid. I understand from the representative on those calls that the calls are system generated calls and is placed automatically and OLA Money can’t do anything about it. On multiple such calls, I have narrated my concern to OLA Money postpaid requesting to address my concern. I have also sent multiple emails to OLA Support team and Whatsapp messages to OLA Money Postpaid Team. Despite several follow ups and reminders, my concern still falls on deaf ears and remains unattended by OLA. Not sure what makes OLA believe that making Spam calls or sending Spam messages is a better approach to address my concern. Reproducing the previous ticket numbers issued by OLA against my concern that remains unattended. Look forward to you addressing my concern.
