Ola Money — Status showing pending payment even though I have paid in cash

I took ola auto on 29th October 2021 at 09:01 pm. After completion of ride I paid the driver cash, however in the app it is showing that payment is still pending which is why I am not able to use the app and not able to book another ride. Please do the needful.
